ALMOND, NY — After an experience that he said changed his outlook on life and reality, Charles Smithfield who just came back from a trip explains we do indeed live in a fear-based society.
Smithfield came to the conclusion after noticing how many warning labels he could find in his own home. “We constantly remind ourselves there are ingredients that might cause cancer. Everything has a warning label. Also, every medicine you take has the potential to both harm and cure you. It’s wild.”
After much discussion, Smithfield went on to explain that it’s so obvious now he isn’t sure how no one has seemed to notice it before. “If you think about it, how much of what we do is met with a warning label. And fear leads to poor decision making, so it explains a lot about how deep we’re in the thick of it now.”
